Let's talk about your structure

Describe the company's situation (RCS number, issue, deadline). We reply in writing with a first view on the way forward.

DISCLAIMER

Only requests that allow the person who wishes to be put in contact to be identified are taken into account. Please state your first name, last name, country of residence and telephone number with country code, then, for a company, its RCS number. Any request that does not allow its author to be formally identified will remain without follow-up, for anti-money laundering (AML) reasons and for KYC purposes, so that we can deal first with serious requests. No mandate or engagement will be accepted before receipt of the KYC form, a copy of a passport and a proof of residence less than three months old and, for a company, identification of its beneficial owner. These documents must not be sent through this form: we will tell you how to send them after identification.

Thank you. Your request has been received. If we can identify you, we will reply by email.
Framework

How we handle your request

  • Identification of the requester
  • First written view on the way forward
  • Business relationship entry audit
  • Engagement letter before any mandate

STYX Corporate Services holds company mandates and coordinates formalities. The business relationship entry audit is a preliminary diagnosis, not a statutory audit of the accounts. It does not keep books, does not prepare accounts, and provides no statutory audit, domiciliation, or legal or tax advice, and holds no client funds. When a regulated engagement is needed, it refers you to the competent professional: notary, approved statutory auditor, accountant, domiciliation agent.
