What we collect

The contact form sends us what you type: name, email, phone and company (optional), what you need and your message. If you write to us by email, we receive your contact details and the content of your message.

Why we use it and on what basis

We use these details to reply to your request, to prepare a possible engagement letter and, with your consent, to introduce you to a professional. Our legal bases are the pre-contract steps you ask for, our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and your consent where you give it through the form.

Who receives it

With your consent, we pass your request to the professional we introduce you to, who handles it under their own responsibility. Our website is hosted by Hostinger and our email is provided by Google. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep requests that lead nowhere for up to 24 months, then delete them. Client file data is kept for the period the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of its use or a copy, and you can object to its use or withdraw your consent. Write to info@styx.lu. You can also complain to the CNPD (cnpd.public.lu).
