Routine formalities
- Filing the annual accounts at the trade and companies register (LBR), electronically.
- Publishing a change of officer, registered office or articles.
- Updating the beneficial owners register (RBE) after any change.
- Registering or removing a mandate at the register.
- End of a domiciliation agreement, when a company changes its registered office.

| Annual general meeting | By 30 June at the latest | Approval of the accounts, allocation of the result, discharge, renewal of mandates. |
| Filing of the annual accounts at the LBR | Within one month of approval, and by 31 July at the latest | Filing is done electronically, by an authorised professional. |
| Register of beneficial owners (RBE) | Within one month of any change | Update of the information on the company's beneficial owners. |
| Changes of officers, registered office or articles | Within a month, in practice | Publication at the register after the shareholders' decision, depending on the act. |
How it works
- You send us the decisions, the approved accounts and the identification documents needed.
- We check the file is consistent before publication.
- We file, then send you the confirmation and update the calendar.
For companies that are behind
If your company has not filed its accounts for one or more years, see the page on compliance catch-up.
Frequently asked questions
Who can file at the trade register?
Filings are made electronically, by an authorised professional or by the company itself depending on the act. We prepare and file for you.
What happens if the RBE is not up to date?
Failure to update can lead to penalties and creates a compliance problem with banks. We update within the month after any change.
Can an officer be removed from the register?
Yes. To remove an officer, we propose a removal (radiation) of the mandate rather than a resignation: a resignation leaves the person shown as resigned on the extract.
